Questions about the kit

Does the Diagnostic stay free?
Yes, with no limit: it's part of the free kit, along with the history and hardware health.
Do I have to pay to keep the kit?
No. The kit stays free. A pack adds services (automatic maintenance, pro optimization, Record…) while your subscription is active; “Undo everything” is always available.
Why no more single services?
To keep it simple: a few clear fixed-price packs instead of a long list of small subscriptions. Only the real programs are sold separately: Record, and Coach & Manager.
When does the kit come out?
With version 1.21 of the software. No date is announced: it ships once it has passed all our checks. Meanwhile, the free Diagnostic is already available.
